A price only means something next to the contents. Each dropper holds 0.7 mcg of chromium and a 200 mg blend shared by 22 ingredients. Chromium studies on blood sugar used 200 to 1,000 mcg a day (NIH ODS, Chromium). The blend averages about 9 mg per ingredient per dropper.
