Olivaro Lot Number: How Do You Find It and Check It?
The seller's reference Olivaro lot number is O-26/OL-4131, with CoA reference O-4131-26-OL. Both are tracking codes, not a lab report. Your own bottle should show a printed lot and best-before date. Check the seal, write the codes down, and call +1 (855) 889-3137 to match them to your order.

The short version
What is the Olivaro lot number, and why look for it?
The Olivaro lot number the seller gives us is O-26/OL-4131. A lot number tells you which production batch a bottle came from. If something is ever wrong with a batch, the lot is how people trace it.
There is a second code, the CoA reference O-4131-26-OL. A CoA is a certificate of analysis. Here it is only a reference code, and the seller has not published the certificate behind it. We will come back to that in step 3.
The steps below take about five minutes with the box on your table. They also help if you bought through the official order link and want to be sure your bottles match your order. The batch verify page on this site holds the short version.
Key facts
What are the key facts about the Olivaro lot number?
- Reference lot given by the seller: O-26/OL-4131. Reference CoA code: O-4131-26-OL.
- Both are seller references, not lab proof. A published lab report is not published.
- Each bottle should show its own printed lot code and best-before date. Check every bottle in your order.
- Only the order desk can see orders: +1 (855) 889-3137. The website email, [email protected], cannot see orders or match a batch.
- The label says not to use the product if the safety seal is damaged or missing.
- Bottle: 30 mL (1 fl oz) amber dropper bottle; Supplement Facts show chromium 0.7 mcg and a 200 mg blend per mL.
- Distributor on the label: Instituto Experience. The label also says it was made in the USA in an FDA registered facility.

Step 1: Where do you find the Olivaro lot number on your bottle?
Look at the bottle and the outer box in good light. The seller's notes say the lot code and best-before date appear on the base of the bottle when it shows them. Check the box too. The notes do not say more about where they sit.
Lay out every bottle
If you ordered 3 or 6, check all of them. Do not assume one code covers the rest.
Find the printed code
Turn the bottle slowly and tilt it to the light. Look at the base, the side and the box.
Photograph it
Take a photo of each code next to a slip with your order ID written on it.
Write it down
Note the lot and the best-before date for each bottle in one list.
If you cannot find or read a code, do not guess. Call the order desk and ask them to confirm the date for your batch. We cover the same ground, for the whole bottle, in our legit or scam fact check.
Step 2
Step 2: What else should you check on the bottle besides the lot number?
A code means little on a bottle that looks wrong. Use this pass-or-fail list, which follows the label facts.
| Check | What you want to see | If it fails |
|---|---|---|
| Safety seal | Intact and unbroken | Set it aside and call the order desk |
| Size and form | 30 mL amber dropper bottle | Call with a photo |
| Front claim | Olivaro name and "Balanced Blood Sugar Advanced Support*" | Possible copy; do not use |
| Supplement Facts | Chromium 0.7 mcg, blend 200 mg, serving 1 mL | Possible copy; do not use |
| Lot and date | Printed and readable | Have the desk verify the batch |
| Dropper and cap | Clean, uncracked, fits the cap | Call for a replacement |
The label text we hold does not describe the color of the liquid, so a small shade difference between bottles is not a fault in itself. If anything smells or looks strange, set the bottle aside and call.
Step 3
Step 3: Is the lot number or CoA code proof of lab testing?
No. The lot number and the CoA reference are the seller's own codes. They help trace a batch. They do not show that a lab measured anything.
A real certificate of analysis lists what a lab tested, the lab's name, the method and the test date. The code O-4131-26-OL shows none of that. A full report is not published.
That is a gap, and we say so. If you want more, ask the order desk for the full document behind the CoA reference, with the lab name and the test date. Write down the date, the time and the agent's name.
Why bother? Supplements are not approved by FDA before they are sold (FDA, Using Dietary Supplements), so your own check on arrival is one of the few steps fully in your hands. FDA flagged 776 supplements with unapproved drug ingredients between 2007 and 2016, and about 41% of them were sold for weight loss (Tucker et al., JAMA Netw Open 2018). That says nothing about Olivaro in particular. It is a reason to buy from a known seller and keep records.
Step 4
Step 4: How do you match the lot to your order?
Call the order desk on +1 (855) 889-3137. It can see your order. Have these ready:
- Order ID, copied from the confirmation email.
- Name and email exactly as entered at checkout.
- Lot code and best-before date for every bottle.
- Photos of the seal, the label and any damage.
| Question | Who to ask | How |
|---|---|---|
| Does this lot belong to my order? | Order desk | +1 (855) 889-3137 |
| Can I see the full CoA document? | Order desk | +1 (855) 889-3137 or [email protected] |
| Typo or page problem on this site? | Website team | [email protected], Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:00pm ET |
Ask the agent to say plainly whether the lot on your bottle is the same as the reference lot. If it is not, ask what lot you hold and why. Keep the answer in writing if you can.
Step 5
Step 5: What if the lot does not match or the seal is broken?
Stop and do not take it. Set the bottle aside, keep the box and call with your order ID and photos. The label itself says not to use the product if the seal is damaged or missing.
If you bought from somewhere other than the official order link, the order desk can only help with its own orders. A bottle from an unknown seller may not match the label at all. Returns for an official order go by mail at the buyer's cost, with tracking, as the refund policy page explains. The 60-day guarantee opens once you have used the drops for at least 30 days.
Do not throw anything away until the desk tells you what it needs. Keep the order email, the box and the photos together in one folder.
Extra
What else should you keep after you check the lot?
Keep a short record. It costs nothing and it helps if you ever need to claim the guarantee.
- The order email and order ID.
- Photos of every lot code and date.
- Your start date, so you can see the 30-day point.
- A note of any call: date, time and agent name.
Also store the bottle as the label says: away from heat, light and humidity, in a cool, dry place, and out of reach of children. Xylitol is in the liquid, and it is dangerous to dogs (FDA, Paws Off Xylitol).
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What is the Olivaro lot number?
The seller's reference lot is O-26/OL-4131. Its job is to trace a batch; it is not a test result. Your own bottle should show its printed lot code, so check that one too.
Does the Olivaro CoA code prove a lab tested my bottle?
No. The code O-4131-26-OL is a seller reference. A real certificate of analysis names the lab, the method and the test date. A full report for Olivaro is not published, but you can ask the order desk for the document.
Where is the lot number printed?
Look for a printed lot code and best-before date on the bottle or box. The sources we hold do not say exactly where. If you cannot find or read it, call +1 (855) 889-3137 and ask the desk to confirm the date for your batch.
Can the website email check my lot number?
No. The website email, [email protected], cannot see orders. Batch and order questions go to the order desk at +1 (855) 889-3137 or [email protected].
My Olivaro seal is broken. What now?
Do not use that bottle. The label says not to use the product if the safety seal is damaged or missing. Take photos, keep the packaging and call the order desk with your order ID.
Does a matching lot number mean Olivaro will work for me?
No. A matching lot only suggests the bottle is what the seller shipped. It says nothing about results. No study of Olivaro has been published, and the product is not FDA approved (FDA, Using Dietary Supplements).
Our view
Our view
The Olivaro lot number is a useful tracking tool and a weak proof of quality. We are glad the seller gives reference codes, and we think buyers should use them. We also think the missing lab report is a fair thing to ask about.
Check every bottle, write down every code and call the desk if anything is off. A careful five minutes at the door is worth more than any claim on a label.
